Tracy Myers: Tracy’s family has lived in Springfield for more than 30 years. She joined the Ideal Image family here in 2008 as Clinic Director and Lead Consultant. She brings 20 years of business management and sales experience, along with her passion for excellence and a contagious enthusiasm for helping people.
She is committed to maintaining the very highest standards for treatment care and customer service and to serving the Springfield area as an excellent member in the business community. Her priority is carefully listening to each and every guest’s needs and concerns so that she can make sure that their experience is an exceptionally comfortable and beneficial one, helping every Ideal Image guest become their personal best!

 Sheila Jeffery RN, BS Ed: Sheila is a Registered Nurse in Missouri & Arkansas. She is a graduate of St. John's / SBU College of Nursing in Springfield and was a school teacher for 10 years prior to obtaining her nursing degree. She received her Bachelors of Science in Education from Missouri State University and taught both middle school algebra & elementary. Sheila is very much a "people person" and is thrilled to be working in the field of aesthetics. There's nothing she enjoys more than assisting others in feeling confident and boosting their self esteem.
 Marcia Lawson ARNP: Marcia is Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, licensed in the State of Missouri. She received her advanced degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She worked in the private sector for seven years before searching out another area of nursing that would provide personal satisfaction. The area of aesthetics has always been a area of interest and proven to be very enjoyable. She loves providing care that makes people feel better and more confident about themselves.
